When David approached us to help with his CV, he’d just been made redundant. Not just once though. Twice. In one year. He was determined to make sure he got the right kind of résumé for his next job search. At 49, he was anxious about his job prospects, and wasn’t confident his approach to marketing himself on paper was attracting the right kind of employers, or giving them the right message. He was concerned all his experience was ageing him out of the pool of talent, in a market that seemed to be getting smaller and smaller.
